Director of Revenue Management

Golden Limousine InternationalMilan, MI
$85,000 - $100,000

About The Position

We're looking for a revenue leader who wants to own outcomes, not just advise on them. As Director of Revenue Management, you'll take every opportunity that enters Golden and turn it into an accurate, profitable, well-executed reservation — owning pricing, yield management, revenue analytics, conversion, and the standards and systems that make it all repeatable. You'll lead the Reservations Manager and be accountable for how Reservations and Customer Care perform. You won't be expected to do it all yourself — you'll lead through your team and the systems you build — but in a close-knit, entrepreneurial business like Golden, you'll also be comfortable stepping into the details when it matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing/yield strategy, or a related commercial leadership role, ideally in transportation, hospitality, travel, or another service-driven industry.
  • A track record of owning a number — you're comfortable being accountable for revenue and margin outcomes, not just recommending strategy.
  • Experience leading or developing a team, including managers, with a leadership style that builds accountability through standards and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and interpret revenue, pricing, and conversion reporting.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across sales, operations, dispatch, finance, and safety in a fast-moving, hands-on business.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, hospitality management, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Set pricing strategy and yield management practices across all reservation channels to protect and grow margin.
  • Build the reporting and insight that shows where revenue is being won, lost, or left on the table.
  • Own the process that turns opportunities into accurate, profitable reservations, including follow-up standards and cadence.
  • Lead the Reservations Manager and hold the team accountable for accuracy, service, and results.
  • Support major quotes and bid opportunities with pricing, margin analysis, and capacity planning, partnering with Sales without taking over the client relationship.
  • Define standards and lead adoption of the tools and training that make Reservations and Customer Care run well.
  • Ensure quotes and programs properly account for driver hours, second drivers, lodging, and capacity requirements for safe execution.

Benefits

  • A role with real ownership — you'll shape the standards, systems, and results of revenue management at Golden, not just execute someone else's playbook.
  • A seat close to leadership, reporting directly to the CFO.
  • A growing, entrepreneurial company where impact is visible and valued.
