Requirements

  • Substantial expertise in revenue operations, GTM strategy, and intelligence-driven operating models
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in fast-moving environments
  • Deep analytical capability, with comfort moving from executive strategy to detailed execution
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable systems that link operational activity to business outcomes
  • Strong executive communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style
  • A first-principles mindset and passion for applying AI to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of AI-powered revenue intelligence and enablement programs that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Translate strategic GTM priorities into clear roadmaps, scalable programs, and executive-ready narratives
  • Own and evolve Pax8’s AI enablement ecosystem, including Salesforce AI and Agentforce, Data Cloud, Azure Foundry, and Copilot integrations
  • Drive adoption of personalized, just-in-time enablement experiences and automated workflows across revenue teams
  • Build intelligence frameworks that connect enablement activity directly to acquisition, retention, and expansion outcomes
  • Act as a trusted partner across GTM, Enablement, Product, IT, and Data/AI teams to accelerate transformation
  • Oversee key technology vendors and partners, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and ROI
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team with clear capacity planning and execution governance
