Director of Revenue and Growth Marketing We are seeking a senior marketing leader to be responsible for the strategic orchestration of all programs designed to acquire, engage, convert and retain target accounts. Sitting at the intersection of data and execution, the Director of Revenue and Growth Marketing will utilize proven processes and tools to deliver a multi-channel approach to move prospects through the funnel. This role is ideal for a modern, data-driven marketer who is eager to apply emerging technologies to improve scale, precision, and performance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals, expand existing accounts, and increase market penetration. Reporting to SVP of Marketing, the Director of Revenue and Growth Marketing will own the demand generation and ABM strategy as well as marketing operations, leading high-impact campaigns across digital, field marketing, events, content, and account-based programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in growth, demand generation, SaaS customer journey, pipeline management, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Proven success driving revenue-focused demand generation and ABM campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and narratives.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and senior leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with GTM tech tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Demandbase.
  • Expertise in optimizing processes and systems for scalability and efficiency.
  • Proven track record of success in scaling growth initiatives, particularly in fast-moving and global organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Build integrated marketing programs using a mix of content marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, webinars and events to drive new business and renewals.
  • Demand Generation: Identify target accounts and develop programmatic approach, managing all external digital channels—including paid media, email marketing, content syndication, advertising, and retargeting—for both broad awareness and targeted ABM. Design and optimize lead nurture journeys that are distinct for broad-market leads versus high-value target accounts, ensuring a seamless handoff to Sales.
  • Revenue Alignment: Partner closely with Sales to ensure lead quality, optimize follow-up cadences, and bridge the gap between "MQL" and "Revenue."
  • MarTech Management: Oversee the marketing technology stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, and Intent Data tools) to ensure seamless attribution and reporting.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Establish a rigorous testing framework. You will monitor the health of the marketing funnel, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing to improve conversion rates at every stage.
  • Digital & Website Strategy: Own the corporate website as a primary growth lever. You will oversee UX/UI optimization, SEO / GEO. and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to turn traffic into pipeline.
  • Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, measure performance across the funnel, and continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Ensure team remains within budget.
  • Coaching: Lead, and mentor a team of marketers focused on executional excellence, optimization, and results.
