About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven marketing leader to own and scale the full growth engine for a fast-moving, high-performance consumer brand. This role integrates paid media, creative strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and influencer marketing into a unified system designed to drive efficient new customer acquisition and long-term value. You will lead strategic experimentation, budget allocation, and performance analysis to unlock new growth opportunities, optimize margins, and strengthen brand equity. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-leverage, scalable marketing systems that deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven track record driving customer acquisition, paid media, CRO, or influencer marketing at scale.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, creative development, and influencer partnerships as part of an integrated growth system.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to test, iterate, and optimize funnels, creative, and offers.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets while balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with shifting priorities.
  • Highly data-driven, with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions.
  • Exceptional ownership mentality, decision-making skills, and accountability for measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and integrate paid media, creative, CRO, and influencer strategies into a single, efficient growth system.
  • Optimize performance metrics including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), profit per visitor, and LTV:CAC.
  • Lead creative development and testing across ads, funnels, and offers to generate step-change growth.
  • Allocate acquisition budgets strategically, prioritizing high-ROI initiatives and maintaining disciplined capital management.
  • Build and manage a rigorous testing roadmap to continuously improve performance over time.
  • Partner with Brand, Data & Analytics, and E-commerce teams to ensure alignment between growth strategies, creative execution, and performance measurement.
  • Maintain daily visibility into marketing performance and act decisively when results deviate from plan.
