We serve as a strategic growth partner — helping members scale without franchising, TPA restrictions, or costly lead-buying programs. The Director of Member Growth & Revenue is a revenue-driving leadership role responsible for acquiring new members, expanding existing relationships, and maximizing long-term retention. This is not a traditional “support” role — it is a growth and sales leadership position focused on converting qualified restoration companies into members, driving renewals through results, and expanding member revenue over time. You will own the full membership revenue lifecycle: sales → onboarding → engagement → renewal → expansion, while leading a Member Support Team that delivers exceptional value and outcomes.
