The Director of Retail Marketing will be responsible for leading consumer marketing strategy, planning and activation. The Director will play an integral role in our go-to-market strategy and media plans for campaign development, retail activation and consumer engagement. This leadership role is responsible for designing annual go-to-market strategies—leveraging consumer and business insights—to enable the organization to realize both business objectives and marketing objectives. The Director will prepare and execute campaigns, measure results, and report on their effectiveness. The position is responsible for managing a talented marketing team, providing strategic direction for the Pictsweet Company with exciting marketing plans and creating persuasive packaging & sales materials.
