Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations – including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation – ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets
• Define and implement innovative guest service standards and initiatives, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving solutions to enhance the guest experience
• Provide leadership support to outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements
• Develop and implement strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food & beverage marketing programs
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
