Responsibilities

• Assist in directing all aspects of restaurant operations – including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation – ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with the Director of Restaurants to define and implement guest service standards, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and helping to drive solutions that elevate the guest experience.
• Work closely with outlet managers to ensure high-quality standards are met across all food and beverage service areas, supporting daily operations and driving continuous improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to promote restaurant food, beverages, and services in alignment with food & beverage marketing programs.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
