About The Position
We’re seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Restaurants to oversee all of our outlets, including The House Restaurant, The Exchange Bar, and our room service operation. You’ll play a crucial part in fostering a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to our outlets staff, and actively engaging with guests to seek opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements
- Progressive fine dining restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated experience working in hotel outlet operations
- ServSafe Food Manager certification or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of beer & wine
Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant outlets, including The House Restaurant, The Exchange Bar, and room service operation.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to outlet staff.
- Actively engage with guests to seek opportunities for enhancement.
