About The Position

HALL Arts Hotel is hiring for a Director of Restaurants. This role is for someone who believes that exceptional food, flawless service, and genuine hospitality are critical to every great dining experience. The restaurant team is one of the most important drivers of a hotel's energy, culture, and guest loyalty. Details matter, from a perfectly timed course and a spotless tabletop to the thoughtful ambiance that makes guests feel welcome. Great leaders inspire by example, foster collaboration, and cultivate deep pride in culinary and service craftsmanship. Strong communication between the culinary team, service staff, stewarding, and hotel leadership keeps operations running smoothly. Every meal tells a story, and the restaurant team helps make sure it unfolds beautifully.
