About The Position
Oversees inpatient Respiratory Therapy services in a high-acuity environment. Strong NICU and pediatric respiratory background required (40/60 NICU to adult mix). Responsible for day-to-day operations, staffing, and care delivery readiness across critical service lines. Focus on rebuilding team culture, trust, and integration of travelers with core staff. Collaborates closely with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams. Provides strategic assessment of department structure, staffing mix, and future growth opportunities.
