This role is for a Respiratory Therapist to support patients with non-invasive ventilation in a post-acute setting, offering predictable hours and a stable, full-time schedule without the chaos of a hospital environment. The position is part of a developing NIV program. Requirements

• Ohio Respiratory Therapist license
• CRT or RRT
• Comfortable with NIV (or willing to learn)
• Reliable, team-focused, and patient-centered

Nice To Haves

• RRT preferred
• Skilled Nursing experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage BiPAP / CPAP (NIV)
• Assist patients with incentive spirometer use
• Provide basic respiratory treatments
• Educate patients on breathing equipment and care
• Document care in the medical record
• Work closely with nursing and clinical leadership
