About The Position

The Director of Resident Engagement is responsible for creating and managing a vibrant community activity program. Responsibilities

• Complete the Personal Well-Being Profile and meet with new residents within 7 days of move-in to determine program participation and orient them to the community activity program.
• Follow the schedule with minimal changes and cancellations, arranging entertainment within budgetary allotments.
• Promote all community programs to improve resident participation and comply with spending budgets for activity supplies and entertainment.
• Participate in and organize quarterly marketing events for residents, including planning, advertising, set-up, and clean-up.
• Schedule and organize resident outings, including sightseeing trips, destination locations, and medical trips, and arrange transportation.
• Foster teamwork, show initiative, assist co-workers, and have a positive impact on the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
