About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for their Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role involves overseeing the clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, financial, and operational aspects of the rehabilitation program. The DOR will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical services, documentation, billing, and customer relations. This position also involves identifying growth opportunities, evaluating employee performance, and managing ongoing programs within the CCRC community. The role offers a blend of corporate support and departmental autonomy, allowing the DOR to lead their therapy team to success.

Requirements

  • Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant
  • Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
  • Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant
