About The Position
Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. This role involves providing leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post-acute setting. The Director of Rehabilitation will collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery, document patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records. The position also supports patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP or COTA license in the state of California
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post-acute setting
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
