About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This role involves managing the rehabilitation program across various settings within the CCRC, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient services. The Director of Rehabilitation will be responsible for clinical quality, service excellence, financial and operational viability, and identifying growth opportunities. This is a full-time, salaried position with a flexible schedule, offering a chance to lead a therapy department and make a meaningful impact on patient lives.

Requirements

Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice for Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant.
Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 3 years of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

Ensure overall clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, financial and operational viability of the rehabilitation program.
Ensure client and company expectations are met.
Plan, develop, implement, and monitor appropriate provision, documentation, and billing of clinical services and customer relations.
Identify and implement growth opportunities across the CCRC community.
Evaluate the effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs.
Lead therapy teams to success.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the best patient care.
