About The Position

A well-established medical facility in the Little Rock, AR area is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Rehabilitation to join their growing team. This is a heavily administrative role with no patient-facing responsibilities unless absolutely necessary. The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee daily therapy operations, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
• 5+ years of PT or OT experience is required
• 2+ years of rehabilitation management experience is required
