About The Position

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Rehabilitation to join their in-house team of exceptional professionals. This key leadership role involves managing the rehabilitation program for a facility or designated locations, coordinating staffing levels and patient care to meet clinical and operational needs, and providing ongoing communication to patients, clients, and team members. The Director will also deliver direct patient care in their licensed discipline (PT, OT, or SLP), monitor and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement regulations, and evaluate and counsel team members while maintaining high standards of documentation. Responsibilities include overseeing productivity standards, supporting marketing and facility performance improvement initiatives, participating in hiring, training, and ongoing development of therapy staff, reviewing departmental billing, and ensuring proper maintenance and utilization of rehab space and equipment. The role also requires fostering team unity and effectiveness through compassionate leadership and communication, monitoring revenue and expenses, driving operational success through strategic planning, and supporting new staff orientation and continued professional development. Requirements

  • Is a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Is familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, and alternative payment model guidelines.
  • Can deliver high-quality patient care while leading a dynamic therapy team.
  • Is proactive, compassionate, and driven to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

Responsibilities
