About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This role involves overseeing the clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, financial, and operational viability of the rehabilitation program. The Director of Rehab will ensure client and company expectations are met, plan and implement clinical services, documentation, and billing, and manage customer relations. They will also identify growth opportunities within the CCRC community and evaluate employee and program effectiveness. This is a healthcare management leadership role focused on inspiring others and making a meaningful impact, with strong corporate support and the autonomy to shape the therapy department.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant
- Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
- Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
Nice To Haves
- minimum 3 years of experience preferred
