FULL-TIME DIRECTOR OF REHAB - WILL ALSO SUPPORT OUR PALMETTO SITE At Powerback, we're on a mission to improve lives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing required.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriately.
- Must have thorough knowledge of all state practice acts.
- Must possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
- Must possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staff.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all rehab services in your facility.
- Support your team by providing direct patient care.
- Ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.
- Design, implement, and execute programs that will restore, reinforce, and enhance your patient's abilities.
- Support, grow, and mentor your clinical team while always putting your patients first.
