About The Position

Brownfield Rehabilitation & Care, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a therapy leader who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, ADL's, functional maintenance, balance, gait, mobility, and creative fun groups. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program. PRN schedules also available! Vital Therapy is a growing network of over 90 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK. Requirements

• License in the state of Texas
• Demonstrated therapy leadership experience in a SNF or LTC setting

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated in-house therapy team.
• Deliver the best care to patients and residents.
• Develop programs in cognition, ADL's, functional maintenance, balance, gait, mobility, and creative fun groups.
• Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities.
• Contribute to building an outpatient program.
