About The Position
Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking a passionate Director of Rehabilitation to join their team. This role involves providing leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients in a post-acute setting, collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery, documenting patient progress, and supporting patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP or COTA license in the state of California
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post-acute setting
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
