About The Position

Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Otterbein New Albany in New Albany, OH for a Full-Time Director of Rehabilitation open to PTA or COTA. Join us in making a positive impact on our residents' lives! The Director of Rehab supports the RM, RVP, and Operations Team to ensure the efficient operation of the facility rehab department. Serving as the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff, the Director of Rehab plays a crucial role in coordinating and integrating care.

Requirements

• Associate (PTA or COTA) or a minimum of a Bachelor (PT, OT or SLP) of Science degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy, or Masters of Speech-Language Pathology.
• Meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
• Two years clinical experience preferred, with experience in geriatric care.
• Comprehensive leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

• Management experience in the skilled setting, preferred.

Responsibilities
