About The Position
A medical facility located near Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Rehabilitation to join their team! This role involves leading both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs, overseeing PT, OT, SLP, Rehab Aides, and DME services. The primary focus is on ensuring high-quality patient-care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Active Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or SLP License
- At least 5 years of therapy/rehabilitation experience

- Previous leadership experience
