About The Position
The Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for leading and overseeing the comprehensive rehabilitation programs within a healthcare setting. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by managing multidisciplinary teams, developing strategic initiatives, and optimizing operational efficiency. The Director will collaborate with clinical staff, administration, and external partners to enhance service offerings and meet regulatory compliance standards. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Rehabilitation, Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services or a similar healthcare setting.
- Current and valid professional licensure or certification relevant to rehabilitation disciplines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in budgeting, staff management, and program development.
- Leadership and communication skills daily to inspire and guide a diverse team of healthcare professionals toward common goals.
- Analytical skills are essential for interpreting performance data and implementing quality improvement measures that enhance patient care.
- Strategic planning and organizational skills enable the Director to manage resources effectively, ensuring programs operate within budget while meeting patient needs.
- Proficiency in healthcare regulations and compliance ensures that all services adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities
