About The Position

Seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) / Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADR) for a full-time permanent position in a skilled nursing facility with a strong focus on short-stay rehabilitation. This leadership role oversees daily rehabilitation operations, supports clinical staff, ensures quality patient outcomes, and maintains compliance with regulatory standards. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours per week) with no weekend rotation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of rehabilitation management experience required
• Active PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP license required
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
• Strong focus and experience with short-stay rehabilitation programs required
• Leadership, staff supervision, and scheduling experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
• Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration required
• New graduates will not be considered

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory compliance preferred
