About The Position

LILT is a company transforming communication through AI, machine translation, and human expertise to make information accessible globally. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Development Representative (ADR) with 6-18 months of SDR experience who is competitive, curious, and comfortable using AI tools. This role involves partnering with experienced Enterprise Account Executives to identify and create opportunities within strategic accounts by employing a "strategic at scale" philosophy, focusing on thoughtful targeting, smart messaging, and creative outreach rather than generic mass prospecting. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, experimenting with new ideas, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6–18 months experience in a quota-carrying SDR or BDR role, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging senior executives
  • Experience running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Opening doors into strategic accounts by connecting with senior leaders in Marketing, AI, digital experience, localization, and global content.
  • Running thoughtful, multi-channel outreach using phone, LinkedIn, email, and signal-based triggers to capture executive attention.
  • Operating "strategic at scale" by balancing smart automation with personalization, using research, signals, and AI tools for relevant and well-timed outreach.
  • Working closely with two senior Account Executives to research accounts, plan entry strategies, and craft resonant messaging.
  • Constantly improving outreach approach by testing ideas, reviewing results, and refining strategy to enhance engagement and meeting quality.
  • Participating in regular, hands-on coaching sessions on outreach strategy, messaging, calls, and account planning.
