We are currently seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team with passion, integrity, and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (required)
- Previous leadership or management experience in a rehab setting
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team development
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all rehabilitation services within the facility
- Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor program performance, quality measures, and patient satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in rehab services
