Director of Rehab
About The Position
The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing occupational, physical, and speech therapy services. This role works collaboratively with other health care professionals within and outside of the facility to achieve department and facility goals. The Director supports direct care services through staff education, training, competencies, and quality assurance, and assists with the planning and developing of the rehabilitation departments’ budgets. The role also involves developing and maintaining rehabilitation policies and procedure manuals.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in the field of practice (PT), in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
