FULL-TIME DIRECTOR OF REHAB - WILL SUPPORT TWO ALF COMMUNITIES IN ROSWELL At Powerback, we're on a mission to improve lives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing required
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriately
Must have thorough knowledge of all state practice acts
Must possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
Must possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staff.

Oversee all rehab services in your facility.
Support your team by providing direct patient care.
Ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.
Grow and mentor your clinical team.
Address patient's needs.
Support therapists and assistants in the design, implementation, and execution of programs that will restore, reinforce, and enhance your patient's abilities.
Be adaptable and in tune with the needs of your team and patients.
Find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
Support, grow, and mentor your clinical team while always putting your patients first.
