About The Position
Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at University Place in West Lafayette, IN is seeking its next full-time Director of Rehab. Open to the following disciplines: OT/COTA/PT/PTA.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
- Hold a valid state license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
- It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community.
- Act as a trusted partner for the client and community.
- Maintaining expected productivity standards.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
