About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join their team. This is a healthcare management leadership role focused on inspiring others and making a meaningful impact. The position offers the stability of corporate support and the autonomy to shape the therapy department, leading a team to success. The role is based in Seattle, WA, within a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or skilled nursing facility setting.

Requirements

Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice (Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant.
Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 3 years of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

Lead a therapy department and inspire a team to success.
Shape the therapy department's direction and operations.
Provide rehabilitation and wellness services.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
Maintain licensure and professional memberships.
Conduct documentation audits or become credentialed as a Documentation Auditor within six months.
