About The Position

One Love Agency is seeking a Director to lead its Twin Falls office. For over fifteen years, One Love Agency has supported Idaho families through challenging times, serving refugee families, families in crisis, and individuals recovering from addiction. The agency operates on the principle of 'hānai,' meaning to take in and raise as one's own, fostering a family-like environment for both clients and staff. The agency emphasizes a collaborative 'village' approach where every role is crucial to client care. Key principles guiding their work are: Clients first, Compliance to ensure quality care and protection, and strong Community Partnerships with resettlement agencies, shelters, courts, schools, clinics, and advocates. This role involves leading the Twin Falls office, overseeing the refugee program, general behavioral health services, administrative functions, compliance, and reporting. The Director will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, and will serve as the primary representative of One Love Agency in the region. For licensed master's-level professionals, the role includes a caseload of refugee and general population clients, reflecting the agency's belief that leaders should remain connected to direct service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field.
  • Master's degree with Idaho licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT) is required for the clinical component of the role.
  • Real experience in mental and behavioral health.
  • Understanding of industry dynamics including referrals, payers, authorizations, and census management.
  • Established presence and respect within the Twin Falls community's refugee and behavioral health circles.
  • Genuine heart for refugee families and understanding of their needs.
  • Ability to uphold compliance standards while maintaining relationships.
  • Leadership skills focused on developing people.
  • Bilingual or multilingual ability is a significant asset.
  • Must pass a criminal history background check per Idaho requirements.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Twin Falls office, including the refugee program, general behavioral health services, administrative operations, compliance, and reporting.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
  • Train providers on documentation standards, including notes, CDAs, and treatment planning.
  • Oversee office operations such as intake, scheduling, benefit verification, records management, staffing coverage, and caseload assignment, ensuring a clean workflow from initial contact through billing.
  • Manage compliance and reporting, adhering to IDAPA standards, Magellan and payer requirements, documentation integrity, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure timely internal and payer reporting.
  • Drive growth by increasing client census in both refugee and general behavioral health services, opening referral doors, strengthening existing partnerships, and ensuring families in need can access services.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community referral partners.
  • Provide direct clinical services if licensed at the master's level.
