About The Position

One Love Agency is seeking a Director to lead their Twin Falls office. For over fifteen years, One Love Agency has supported Idaho families through difficult times, serving refugee families, those in crisis, and individuals recovering from addiction. The agency operates on the principle of 'hānai,' meaning to take in and raise as one's own, fostering a family-like environment for both clients and staff. The agency emphasizes a collaborative 'village' approach where every role is crucial to client care. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or a related field.
  • Master's degree with Idaho licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT) to engage in clinical practice.
  • Real experience in mental and behavioral health.
  • Understanding of industry dynamics including referrals, payers, authorizations, and census management.
  • Established presence and respect within the Twin Falls community, particularly in refugee and behavioral health circles.
  • Genuine commitment to serving refugee families and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to uphold compliance standards while maintaining relationships.
  • Leadership skills focused on developing people.
  • Pass a criminal history background check per Idaho requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Twin Falls office, overseeing the refugee program, general behavioral health services, administrative functions, compliance, and reporting.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff serving clients.
  • Serve as the primary representative of One Love Agency in the Twin Falls valley.
  • Manage a therapy caseload if holding a master's-level license, serving both refugee and general populations.
  • Build the client census by reaching more families in need.
  • Develop staff to help them reach their full potential.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with community partners, including resettlement agencies, shelters, courts, schools, clinics, and advocates.
  • Ensure clean workflow from initial contact through billing.
  • Maintain compliance with IDAPA standards, Magellan and payer requirements, documentation integrity, and audit readiness.
  • Deliver internal and payer reporting on time.
  • Direct service provision if licensed at the master's level.
