Broad Management Group is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Recruiting to lead and oversee all recruiting and talent acquisition efforts across our multi-state property management portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, reducing time-to-fill, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. The Director of Recruiting will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, and hiring managers to support the company's growth and staffing objectives. We are seeking a proactive leader who understands that successful recruiting is not simply posting jobs and reviewing resumes—it is building relationships, developing sourcing strategies, creating talent pipelines, and driving measurable hiring results.
