The Director of Reagent and Consumable Manufacturing Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the manufacture and delivery of immunoassays and calibration materials, including upstream and downstream manufacturing, SQDC KPIs, and the reagent operations budget. This position reports to the Senior Director of Reagent and Consumable Operations and is part of the Reagents and Consumables Operations Team and will be an onsite role in Chaska, MN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide strategic and tactical leadership to the reagent and consumable value streams to deliver diagnostic reagent systems on time while meeting Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives Achieve KPIs for safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and operational P&L Generate budgets and meet controllable expense targets Hire, develop, and retain talent supporting site goals and customers’ expectations Lead and collaborate with cross-functional to meet business objectives Lead the adoption of the Danaher Business Systems (DBS) throughout reagent and consumable manufacturing to improve quality, delivery, cost, and innovation by applying tools and a continuous improvement mindset Ensure strategies are communicated and well understood by the team
