About The Position
This role involves leading and managing the firm's Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes. The Director will be responsible for reviewing projects, drawings, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance with building codes and industry standards. This position also includes training and mentoring architects, engineers, and project staff, identifying process improvements, and resolving quality issues. The Director will collaborate closely with Principals, Project Managers (PMs), Architects, and Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years AEC experience.
- 5+ years QA/QC experience in Architecture or AEC.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, documentation, building codes, and standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
