About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing company operating within the financial and medical lien services sector. They support individuals involved in personal injury cases by providing financial assistance while clients wait for their legal cases to settle. They also work with law firms, doctors, surgery centres, and hospitals to assist with medical care coordination and funding support. They are seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead project management functions, oversee cross-functional execution, and manage a range of operational initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for a confident and organised project management leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to turn priorities into clear action plans, ensure follow-through, and drive accountability across teams. This is a fully remote opportunity working USA hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role with direct people management experience
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Quiet home office setup

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for project management functions
  • Ensure priorities are aligned and projects support overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage a small, high-impact team, including SEO specialists, project managers, and an executive assistant
  • Drive accountability, structure, and consistent delivery across the team
  • Plan, prioritise, and coordinate projects and tasks across the organisation
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives, operational priorities, hiring efforts, process improvements, and high-priority ad hoc work
  • Oversee SEO efforts for the company website, ensuring work is properly prioritised, executed effectively, and aligned with business goals
  • Work closely with senior leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans and ensure follow-through
  • Partner with the executive assistant on business tasks and occasional administrative support where required
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to ensure transparency across stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain best practices, tools, and standards for effective project execution
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks early, and make adjustments to keep initiatives on track
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and continuously improve workflows
  • Ensure deliverables meet high standards while improving team efficiency
