About The Position

The Director of Program is a full-time role responsible for leading and developing the Program team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of the program model. This role involves managing Associate Directors, fostering innovation, and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals and enhance student outcomes. The Director will play a crucial part in advancing integrated coaching products, including AI-assisted tools, and ensuring the program's coherence and fidelity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized leadership and guidance to Associate Directors, focusing on data-informed management, performance, and team culture.
  • Assess and analyze coach and student data to identify program-wide patterns and develop the capacity of ADs to conduct independent analysis.
  • Own the design and maintenance of the performance support framework for the Program team.
  • Lead change management processes for evolving program expectations, tools, or coaching models.
  • Ensure implementation fidelity across the program model to meet goals for student satisfaction, engagement, and persistence.
  • Partner with Product, CPO, and CTO to advance the integrated coaching product, ensuring seamless human and AI coaching.
  • Identify and design improvements to program systems, tools, and processes, including AI-assisted innovations.
  • Manage the program model development process, translating organizational mandates into practice and coordinating systems improvements.
  • Deliver cross-team and Program-specific projects from vision to execution.
  • Serve as a Program lead on strategic partnerships and select customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, and Data & Research to ensure alignment between sales, communication, coaching, and measurement.
  • Ensure seamless completion of ongoing and annual program operations through direct ownership or delegation.
  • Lead all hiring for the Program team, managing recruitment consultants and HR/Operations.
