About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Director of Professional Services / Branch Director (RN) in St. Augustine, FL. This is a full-time leadership role focused on branch management and clinical operations. The organization's mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate home health services, supporting patients to heal safely at home while providing growth, autonomy, and leadership backing to their team. Since 2015, Concierge Home Care has expanded across over 60 counties in Florida and continues to grow.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)
Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Employment may require successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Build and execute a local business plan.
