About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Director of Professional Services / Branch Director (RN) in Clearwater, FL. This is a full-time leadership role focused on branch management and clinical operations. The organization delivers high-quality, compassionate home health services and supports its team with growth, autonomy, and leadership backing. Since 2015, Concierge Home Care has expanded across over 60 counties in Florida and continues to grow.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• 1+ year leadership experience in home health (Supervisor or DON level)
• Strong understanding of home health regulations & compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Employment may require successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Own branch performance, growth strategy, and operations
• Build and execute a local business plan
• Align clinical, operational, and sales efforts
• Recruit, hire, and retain top clinical talent
• Coach and develop staff for high performance
• Foster a strong, accountable, and collaborative culture
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally to grow market share
• Improve patient satisfaction and care delivery
