Milliman•Brookfield, WI
•$165,100 - $313,145

About The Position

Milliman’s CMH Health practice is seeking a Director of Products and Engineering to create the Milliman Pharmacy Platform from 0 to 1 and scale it. This builder-owner role sets the platform’s vision, collaborates with pharmacists, actuaries, and other subject matter experts to determine what to build and integrate, and leads AI product engineers and feature owners. The role owns adoption, client impact, and the development of a sustainable, growing business. The Director defines the platform’s vision, target customer segments, and value proposition; creates a multi-year roadmap; and determines how Milliman’s pharmacy tools and data assets will fit into the platform. The role leads product discovery with internal consultants and design-partner clients, makes platform and architecture decisions with engineering leads, incorporates AI into the product, and ships and iterates on an MVP. The Director builds and develops a cross-functional team, sets operating rhythms and delivery standards, and develops product and feature owners who can run the platform. The role also owns commercial results, including pricing and packaging, pipeline support, pilots, renewals, and expansion; represents the product in sales conversations; and builds executive relationships with anchor clients. The role sets quality expectations for client-facing outputs and supports Milliman’s risk management standards, including data privacy and HIPAA, AI governance, and secure development. The Director also represents Milliman through speaking, writing, webinars, and industry networking. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman. The preferred work locations are Milliman’s Chicago, Milwaukee, or Hartford offices; remote candidates will also be considered. The expected application deadline is March 25, 2027.
