Through close partnership with clients and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Technology, Data Management, and Operations teams, the team translates market insights and customer needs into innovative, scalable products. Built upon IQVIA's industry-leading healthcare data assets and privacy-by-design foundation, these solutions deliver differentiated value to clients, drive business growth, and advance IQVIA Digital's leadership in the healthcare marketing ecosystem. We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Director, Product – Media OS to lead the Activation POD of our flagship platform and drive innovation at the intersection of healthcare, data, and advertising technology.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of product management and product leadership experience in Advertising Technology (AdTech)
10+ years of product management and product leadership experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech)
10+ years of product management and product leadership experience in Digital Platforms
10+ years of product management and product leadership experience in Data-driven SaaS environments
Proven success building and scaling enterprise platforms supporting planning, activation, and measurement workflows.
Deep Expertise In: Programmatic advertising ecosystems and DSPs
Deep Expertise In: Identity resolution and identity graph technologies
Deep Expertise In: Data platforms and audience modeling
Deep Expertise In: Omnichannel marketing strategies
Demonstrated Ability To: Lead large-scale cross-functional organizations

Nice To Haves

Lead a team of highly skilled individuals overseeing the activation portion of the Media OS.
Lead integrations with activation partners and ensure consistent reporting is provided to the platform.
Help define and lead the long-term product vision for Media OS, aligning with IQVIA Digital’s mission to deliver personalized, data-driven healthcare marketing solutions.
Drive the evolution of Media OS into an intelligent, AI-powered audience and activation platform.
Own and execute the end-to-end product roadmap across: Audience development, segmentation, direct-to-consumer workflows, and federated audience models.
Own and execute the end-to-end product roadmap across: Activation solutions, progressing from multi-DSP orchestration to AI-powered optimization and decisioning.
Lead innovation initiatives focused on: AI-driven campaign optimization and automated decisioning.
Lead innovation initiatives focused on: Closed-loop marketing and performance intelligence.
Lead innovation initiatives focused on: Real-time analytics and adaptive campaign management.

Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and flexibility to support enterprise-level healthcare marketing campaigns.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to develop platform-led growth initiatives that drive revenue expansion.
