About The Position

Ibotta is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the IPN Advertiser Experience, including the Portal and tools advertisers, Ibotta sellers, and Operations use to plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns on the Ibotta Performance Network. The role will transform the Portal from a promotions interface into an intelligent, agent-first performance marketing platform. Success means creating a unified Portal experience that increases adoption, reduces friction, and delivers measurable value for every user. The Director will lead a growing team of Product Managers across Campaign Design, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience. The role works closely with the Campaign Platform team, which owns the underlying APIs, data, and integrations, and partners across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations. The position is based in Denver, Colorado, and is hybrid, with three in-office days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States. Relocation assistance is offered to candidates moving to Denver. Ibotta is a performance marketing platform that enables brands to deliver digital promotions to consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network. The role includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and a 401(k) match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals. Base compensation is $173,000–$198,000, with equity and a variable compensation component also included in the overall package. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
