About The Position

The Director of Product Management will lead product strategy for a Security Engineering portfolio spanning Product Security, AI Security, Security Operations, and shared security platform capabilities that protect Indeed and its users. The role defines and continuously refines a multi-year security roadmap, turning business goals, risk, threat intelligence, and engineering constraints into prioritized investments that balance risk reduction with product velocity. The Director partners with Security Engineering, Platform Engineering, Product Development, and other business teams to embed security practices and harden products and platforms at global scale. The role brings security judgment and technical credibility to strategy and technical direction, and translates changes in AI-related risks and defensive capabilities into product strategy and investment priorities. It also works with operational security teams to identify recurring trends and turn them into product requirements and measurable outcomes. The position owns development, maintenance, alignment, and communication of the Security Engineering product strategy and investment roadmap. Priorities should adapt to changes in risk, technology, business needs, and the threat landscape. The Director communicates strategy, investment decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes to senior and executive leadership, and leads, coaches, and develops a team of product managers.
