• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Hims & Hers iOS & Android apps
• Deliver complex user lifecycle experiences and optimize mobile toolsets to drive growth
• Establish a shared vision across the company and build consensus on priorities
• Attract, build, manage, and develop a team of product managers
• Define and analyze metrics for product success
• Integrate company strategy, research, and market analysis into product requirements
• Approve high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs
• Make data-informed decisions based on organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, and trends
• Maximize efficiency in a fast-growing and evolving environment
• Collaborate with engineering, design, growth, and brand teams
• Design, build, and execute scalable processes

10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a significant portion delivering mobile app and direct-to-consumer experiences

10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering and design teams

6+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders

Experience in a consumer-focused technology company and collaboration with growth, engineering, and brand teams

Strategic and tactical experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment

Experience presenting to senior executive audiences

Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback
