Own and scale GEICO’s Customer Data & Signals platform—unlocking unified identity, preferences, real-time data, and agentic data capabilities to power personalization, marketing, pricing, and customer experience across all channels and functions at GEICO. We are looking for a Director of Product, Customer Data & Signals to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), tagging infrastructure, identity resolution, and AI data services. This leader will build the data foundation that powers every customer interaction—from acquisition and onboarding to retention and service—enabling intelligent, AI-driven decisioning across the enterprise. You will partner closely with Engineering, AI, Data Science, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to transform fragmented data into real-time, actionable signals that drive measurable business outcomes.
