GEICO is seeking a Director of Product, Customer Data & Signals to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of their Customer Data Platform (CDP), tagging infrastructure, identity resolution, and AI data services. This role is crucial for building the data foundation that powers every customer interaction, from acquisition to service, enabling intelligent, AI-driven decisioning across the enterprise. The Director will collaborate with Engineering, AI, Data Science, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to transform fragmented data into real-time, actionable signals that drive measurable business outcomes. The position offers a hybrid work model with a strong preference for Palo Alto, CA, but also open to Seattle (WA), Bethesda (DMV), and Dallas (TX).
