Director of Product Management, Advertiser Growth
About The Position
As the PM Director for Advertiser Growth, you will own product strategy for a major monetization lever and serve as a critical thought partner to our Business Platforms leadership. You will sit at the intersection of AI and monetization growth, defining the "AI era" for our core advertiser tools. This role offers a unique combination of platform depth and tangible business impact. You won’t just be managing features; you will establish durable platform strategies that scale. Furthermore, this is a dedicated people leadership role where you will have the mandate to develop the next generation of product talent at Pinterest.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing and scaling platforms, with a strong ability to distinguish between high-level orchestration and specific feature development.
- Proven background in designing and managing sophisticated business-facing tools, account management consoles, or complex user journeys in an advertising or related environment.
- A track record of building, managing, and growing high-performing teams, including experience in talent development and performance management.
- Experience building AI-assistance functionality, specifically in a chatbot or agentic capability context.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across multiple stakeholders, and drive durable revenue growth through principled trade-offs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption, retention, and revenue impact of our suite of business-facing tools through intelligent product investments.
- Establish a durable platform strategy for the Pinterest Business Assistant, encompassing various sub-agents while leading the advertising and merchant sub-agent efforts.
- Drive business outcomes by aligning priorities across Engineering, Data Science, TPM, Product Marketing, Sales, UX, and UXR teams to deliver best-in-class business tooling.
