About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead our Financial Incentives team. This role will report to the Head of Product. Your team owns the financial layer that drives world-class engagement amongst Garner members and steers them to top-performing providers by making Garner the most convenient and affordable way to pay for healthcare. You will lead 3-4 teams responsible for the member-facing incentive experience, our portfolio of payment mechanisms (card, HRA, HSA contributions, direct provider payment, and emerging alternatives), employer-facing plan design and coverage policies, and the core platform that adjudicates claims, moves money, and reports on it. Today, Garner reimburses $100M+/yr and growing in patient bills annually: you will be responsible for making that experience delightful for members, trusted by employers, and resilient at scale.
